Mackensie V. Peace is a corporate transactional attorney at Varner & Brandt’s Riverside office, where she focuses on corporate and business law, with a specialization in contract drafting and review, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mackensie earned both her MBA and law degree, with emphases in business law and taxation law, from Chapman University. During law school, she was awarded the Taxation Law Honors Scholarship, served as the Corporations Law Fellow, and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. Mackensie also clerked at Varner & Brandt for two and a half years prior to becoming an attorney.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Aging and a minor in Business Administration. While at USC, Mackensie was also a member of the track and cross-country teams.
Outside of work, Mackensie enjoys snowboarding, sailing, and sharing sushi with her husband, as well as spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Donkey.
