Scott Heil

Scott R. Heil is a corporate and transactional attorney in Varner & Brandt’s Riverside office. With over 30 years of legal and business experience he focuses his law practice on corporate, business and real estate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, entity formation, regulatory compliance and real estate development.
After graduating from the University of Southern California in 1986 with a degree in finance, he worked in the banking industry for two years before returning to school and earning both his M.B.A., from the University of California at Berkeley, and his law degree, from Hastings College of the Law, in 1992. Scott’s extensive business background experience in both the private and public sectors along with a strong litigation background gives him a unique and valuable perspective on transactions and business matters enabling him to offer real-world solutions to complex legal problems.
