Jamie Wrage is a Senior Attorney on Varner & Brandt's Business Litigation and Labor & Employment Teams. She is experienced in complex employment, business and real estate litigation, as well as appellate practice in State and Federal courts. Jamie counsels and defends California employers in state and federal labor and employment law, regulations and compliance matters. She conducts background investigations of prospective employees as well as independent investigations for employers who need an experienced and objective investigation of harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims. She also provides counsel on matters such as wage-hour compliance, discrimination and harassment laws, employee discipline and termination issues, paid and unpaid leave, disability accommodations and employee safety and privacy.

Having litigated in both state and federal courts, Jamie also represents clients in a diverse array of appellate. In addition to her courtroom skills, Jamie advises clients on government contract law and bid protests. Prior to her legal career, she worked as a contract specialist for the Department of the Navy. As an attorney, she has successfully defended multiple bid protest and size protest cases. Additionally, Jamie serves as a mediator and arbitrator with the Riverside County Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Service for matters involving real estate, contracts, business disputes and labor and employment.
