Derek Early's practice is focused on helping companies and entrepreneurs achieve their business goals. His sphere of expertise covers corporate, commercial, real estate, and employment law, and he handles both transactional and litigation matters for his clients. Derek's experience includes assisting clients in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, commercial real estate, business formation and management, finance, licensing, business disputes, employment compliance, class action and individual employment litigation, and sports & entertainment law.

Derek graduated with honors from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor on the law review, President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and worked in multiple legal clinics. He also interned in the Indiana University Athletics Department and researched and wrote extensively on NCAA compliance issues.

During college, Derek won an Ivy League Championship as a member of the University of Pennsylvania's football team.
